1. Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
2. Initiating a Return:
- Contact our customer service team within the 7-day period to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include this RA number on the package when returning the item.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
6. Inspection and Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned item, our quality check inspection team will inspect it for compliance with the return policy.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If possible kindly take an unboxing video when the package is received for evidence and submit it as a proof to our quality check team while returning the item
- Khojeko Jastai has the sole and Utmost right and authority to reject a claim for return if the reason is found invalid by our team.
- Decision by Khojeko Jastai will be final and binding.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions for details.
8. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
9. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Returns claimed after 48 hours for damaged and defective item will not be applicable for a refund.
